Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst I to manage locking mortgage loan rates in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, process, lock, extend, and revise mortgage loan rate lock requests
• Analyze and resolve operational issues related to rate lock mismatches
• Monitor and report on locked pipeline activity while ensuring compliance with corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2+ years of mortgage experience preferred, ideally with pricing/registration experience
• Foundational knowledge of agency and federal loan program guidelines
• Proficient computer skills in applications including Excel, Word, and Encompass or similar LOS system
• Ability to accept coaching and constructive criticism regarding best practices
