Machine Learning Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Tech Lead, GenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-10 engineers, driving machine learning project roadmaps
• Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models and other machine learning solutions
• Architect scalable ML solutions using AWS services and oversee the ML lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with large language models and NLP frameworks
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in ML/AI
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices
