Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Nurse Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative environment with the Nurse Consultant team to drive customer support and service excellence
• Guide the team in monitoring performance against KPIs and implementing strategies for success
• Track and assess Nurse Consultant contributions to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in a healthcare, consulting, or customer support role, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position
• Active RN license preferred
• Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or healthcare consulting are a plus
