Manager SEC & Technical Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/SR Manager SEC & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the SEC process, including annual report and 10Q/10K filings
• Act as SME on technical/GAAP accounting issues and lead the implementation of new accounting standards
• Partner with various teams and assist with due diligence on potential acquisitions and audit processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in relevant areas
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
• Strong understanding of technical accounting, M&A accounting, and revenue recognition
• Experience with SOX controls and stock-based compensation
• Ability to perform technical accounting research
