• 10+ years of experience in deploying large Cloud SaaS ERP solutions
• 2+ years of direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader
• 8+ years of experience in developing C-level relationships
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer demands while balancing satisfaction and profitability
• Dedication to continuous improvement in customer service
