Required Qualifications

• Experience in building bold, unique marketing strategies, preferably for companies with $50M - $500M revenue
• Strong understanding of human motivation and ability to apply it effectively
• Independent thinker with the ability to recognize system dynamics and opportunities
• Comfortable with analytics and experience in setting and meeting team targets
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and attractively
