Massachusetts Licensed Associate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to join their global legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for global commercial transactions, including sales, services, and licensing agreements
• Advise on corporate governance and manage U.S. and international subsidiaries
• Support M&A activities and oversee outside counsel for litigation and regulatory matters

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school with an active license to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a law firm and in-house legal department, preferably in technology or media
• Strong foundation in commercial transactions, corporate law, and employment law
• Experience advising cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Familiarity with private equity-backed environments is a plus
