A company is looking for an Advisor Business Analyst - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions with client business priorities
• Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and technical teams to transform requirements into results
• Delegate work, coach team members, and oversee the planning and improvement of complex business processes

Required Qualifications

• Nine or more years of healthcare experience as a business analyst or requirements translator
• Three or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relational database software
• Experience with business processes and re-engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence clients and team members
