Required Qualifications

• 1 year of previous call center experience (in-office or remote)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance
• Experience with medical billing or claims processing
