What You’ll Do:
• Champion ClearStar clients through interaction via phone and written communication to provide exceptional customer service to coworkers and clients
• Partner with clinics and occupational health facilities to obtain necessary documentation for clients
• Provide billing fees for occupational health services in appropriate programs
• Partner with collectors to schedule and perform urine drug screen collections and other screenings at client facilities
• Review occupational health results and forward to clients in a timely manner across multiple platforms
• Analyze, problem-solve, and provide resolution to locate clinics and other occupational health facilities
• Enter new sites and billing information across multiple platforms
• Set up third party billing accounts
• Confirm existing vendor data and update as needed across multiple platforms
• Order vendor products as needed for onsite events
• Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for case management
• Initiate and maintain appropriate documentation of case management from initial report through final resolution
Who You Are
• Previous experience in drug-screening industry a plus!
• MS Office Intermediate User (Advanced User a plus! and Excel Super User a plus plus!)
• Experience in support/client services – customer service orientation essential
• History of successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen attention to detail
• A strong work ethic, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Well organized, able to prioritize, and efficiently work under high volume conditions
• Works well independently, but also eager to work collaboratively across teams while demonstrating leadership and accountability
• A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
