Key Responsibilities

• Manage benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange for Medicare/MMP products
• Oversee the development and compliance of core beneficiary communications and materials
• Lead team in planning and executing business programs while ensuring project completion and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing projects and teams
• Knowledge of CMS and state guidelines for compliance
