Messaging Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Messaging Strategy & Operations Analyst, Deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and create alerts and monitors to ensure message deliverability
• Investigate and resolve deliverability issues using internal data and partner tools
• Build and present reports on message deliverability trends to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in a relevant field
• 1 year of professional experience in data analytics within the technology industry
• 1 year of experience collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Product, or Engineering
• Experience with data analysis tools like Zapier, Looker, or Datadog
• Professional experience in the SMS and/or Email Deliverability space is preferred
