MFLC Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MFLC Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of MFLC counselors, managing hiring, performance evaluations, and work assignments
• Coordinates with Installation POCs to ensure effective service delivery and resolves issues
• Monitors compliance with contract requirements and provides mentoring and training to MFLCs

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an MFLC is strongly preferred
• Understanding of the military lifestyle and experience working with military families
• Knowledge of military, state, federal, and local laws and resources
• Ability to prepare reports and provide briefings to management and government representatives
• Compliance with government and professional licensing/certification training requirements
