Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the secretary for the Division and liaison for the Division Director
  • Manage correspondence, personnel transactions, and FOIA requests
  • Maintain files for contracts, projects, and assist with research-related activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Five years of administrative support experience with computer use for correspondence and reports
  • Two years of advanced administrative support experience equivalent to Secretary E8 or Legal Secretary E8
  • One year of experience equivalent to Secretary 9, Legal Secretary 9, or Senior Executive Management Assistant 9
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check
