Job Summary

A company is looking for a Departmental Specialist 14 - Legal Affairs - Public Health Legal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal knowledge on complex issues for the WIC program and other public health programs
• Offer legal guidance on contract issues to the entire department
• Respond to legal needs impacting Public Health Administration leadership and staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction of the United States
• Four years of professional legal experience, including two years at the experienced (P11) level or one year at the advanced (12) level
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
• Not disbarred or suspended from practicing law in any jurisdiction of the United States
