Microsoft Cloud Security Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Cloud and Network Security Specialist to implement and manage security measures for cloud systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security best practices using NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls
• Deploy and manage Microsoft security tools and conduct security assessments
• Monitor and respond to security threats and provide guidance on cloud security architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent certifications with 8+ years of experience
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Azure, O365, AD)
• Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, OWASP
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security, CISSP, CEH) are a plus
