Job Summary

A company is looking for a Military Assistance Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process military and veterans educational assistance programs and maintain targeted Service Level Performance Goals
• Advise and counsel military and veteran students on available educational benefits
• Ensure compliance with VA and DoD regulations while contributing to departmental improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two or more years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in higher education
• Basic knowledge of Veterans and Military education programs strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required
• Ability to adapt and work independently in a changing environment
