Mobile Game Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mobile Game Director to lead the mobile player experience for an unannounced cross-platform title.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and creative direction for the mobile player experience in collaboration with senior leaders
• Define and refine the roadmap for mobile game development while ensuring player retention and monetization strategies
• Ensure high-quality development by partnering with teams across disciplines to deliver excellent software and player satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping at least one AAA mobile title in a Director or Lead role
• Minimum of 10 years in the game industry, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
• Deep understanding of mobile player needs and their differences from PC and console players
• Demonstrated passion for games and knowledge of industry trends
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate development teams
