Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Casualty Adjuster - Represented.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate thorough coverage and liability investigations
• Evaluate and resolve moderate to severe bodily injury claims, including drafting coverage letters
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys while preparing presentations for upper claims management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience handling complex and severe first-party and bodily injury claims
• High School Diploma required
• Must be able to become Adjuster licensed in all states where required
• Proficient with computer software; experience with Guidewire claims system is a plus
• This is an in-office role in specific locations with a remote day bank
