Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Contact Lens Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on contact lens fitting and design, providing technical support and guidance
• Custom design contact lenses for medically indicated patients and assist with difficult fitting cases
• Collaborate with Account Executives and management to enhance product usage and develop new products

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NCLE certification required
• 5 years of customer service experience with soft and GP lenses
• A minimum of 8 years fitting experience in a clinical or lens design environment
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Keratometer and Slit Lamp
