Needs Assessment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screening on potential client calls
• Complete all documentation and reports associated with client calls and Needs Assessment/Referral Development
• Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referrals, and transportation needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred
• Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues
• Participation in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
