NetApp Storage Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetApp Storage Engineer to provide technical support for NetApp storage systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues related to the NetApp FAS/AFF product line
• Respond to post-sales customer support issues through various channels
• Collect and analyze multi-platform logs to identify issues and determine root causes

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in NetApp hardware architecture, RAID concepts, and SAN/NAS storage
• Experience with Data ONTAP operating system and NetApp Storage Management Software Suite
• 2 - 5 years of experience in UNIX, storage administration, or technical support
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and case management systems
