Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate efforts for macro new build, modification, and service improvement projects
• Oversee vendor site acquisition and A&E partners to achieve project milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage purchase orders while assisting with special projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in telecom/wireless macro new build and modification real estate
• Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors
• Familiarity with database tracking systems/tools, preferably FUZE
• Ability to accurately forecast deliverables and understand project impacts
• Previous carrier experience, ideally with Verizon, is preferred
