Manage inbound calls from customers and provide high standards of customer service
Document service issues reported during calls and escalate to higher-level support as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to assist with customer trouble resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of relevant technical support experience
Experience in a technical support role such as NOC, IT Helpdesk, or Service Desk
Knowledge of core TCP/IP networking skills, routing, and switching
Ability to work on rotating shifts and/or on-call rotations
Experience with network monitoring software is a plus
