Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality LPN to work remotely in PST/MST/CST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to assist members with health evaluations and medication compliance
• Answer inbound calls from members and assist with their inquiries
• Identify patients with missing measures and work to close these gaps through education and appointment setting

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LVN/LPN license
• 3+ years of clinical experience as a LVN or LPN
• 3+ years of experience in the health industry or a large complex organization
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must reside in PST, MST, or CST time zones
