Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
Develop case strategies and manage all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial preparation
Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in Nevada
Litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, and commercial disputes
Proven track record of drafting effective legal documents and successfully arguing motions
