Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voluntary Benefits Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document all claim information including phone calls and correspondence
  • Read and analyze medical records to confirm benefits available to members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with claimants and employers
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Medical Insurance Claims Processing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center/call center
  • Group Life/Disability/Voluntary Claims experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • NY Adjustor License preferred
