Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Loan Officer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and develop sales and loan origination skills through structured coaching
• Provide operational oversight to ensure accountability in prospecting and loan submissions
• Implement structured weekly goal-setting and performance reviews for Loan Officers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of current retail mortgage industry leadership experience
• Must be NMLS Licensed
• Proven leadership experience with demonstrated team development results
• Deep knowledge of mortgage operations and sales cycles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Encompass, and Optimal Blue
