Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst - Professional Billing - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support the Maestro Care EHR across service access and revenue cycle workflows
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to execute deployment tasks and support identified EHR users
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to assist with incoming support requests and improve operational staff knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field, or four years of equivalent technical experience
• Epic proficiency in application support required within the defined timeline
• Minimum of one year of related experience for Level 1, three years for Level 2, and five years for Level 3, with a focus on revenue cycle operations
• North Carolina licensure or certification in a related clinical discipline may be required
• Epic certification or proficiency in Epic PB is required for Level 3
