Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician (Full-Time Remote, North Carolina Based).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephonic screenings, triage, and referrals for individuals seeking mental health services
  • Make clinical triage decisions and ensure timely connections to appropriate services while maintaining caller safety
  • Provide support and consultation to non-licensed staff and assist with training new employees
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a Human Services field
  • Minimum of three years of post-degree experience in mental health support services
  • Current, active, and unrestricted behavioral health license issued by a North Carolina Professional Board
  • Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws regarding client rights and confidentiality
  • Ability to assess clinical needs and manage high-stress situations effectively
