Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to facilitate real estate financing
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a high level of client service

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a track record of generating referrals
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 3 years of proven success in self-generated mortgage loan origination (preferred)
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment (preferred)
