Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Survivorship APP.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and create personalized cancer survivorship care plans
• Conduct patient assessments, document care, and communicate findings with supervising physician and patients
• Manage clinic operations, including scheduling and responding to triage nurse calls

Required Qualifications

• NP: Graduate of MSN or DNP accredited Nurse Practitioner Program; PA: Graduate of ARC accredited Master's or Doctoral Degree Physician Assistant Program
• NP certification that treats adults (FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, etc.) or PA-C certification
• Unrestricted RN licensure for NPs or unrestricted license for PAs issued by respective boards
• Federal and State DEA independent license with prescriptive authority
• Preferred experience in Family Practice and/or Oncology; recent graduates are welcome to apply
