Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nutrition Care Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor enteral nutrition patients and manage supply inventory and delivery logistics
• Maintain and renew enteral orders, ensuring timely communication with prescribers and authorization teams
• Respond to patient inquiries and coordinate enteral pump needs and inventory with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Experience in enteral nutrition and coordinating deliveries
• Knowledge of medical records and reimbursement processes
• Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
