Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Compliance & Nutrition Labeling professional to support the Product Compliance, Nutrition, Labeling, and Certifications Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and manage technical information using web-based project management applications
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure product specifications are accurate and compliant with regulations
• Review label-sensitive information during artwork development and first production approvals

Required Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related fields
• Prior experience in a time-sensitive project-oriented environment
• Experience with food labeling and reviewing artwork is required
• Experience working with vendors/suppliers is required
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
