Job Summary

A company is looking for an MD Call Specialist to provide quality care through pharmacy services in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication tasks
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, assisting with patient onboarding and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, with a schedule of 9am to 5:30pm EST, Monday through Friday
