Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with legal and operations teams to establish a brokerage in Ohio
• Oversee brokerage activities in Ohio
• Ensure adherence to state and city regulations, as well as national Fair Housing and real estate regulations

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and in good standing Ohio Real Estate Broker License
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Understanding of local, state, and national Fair Housing and real estate laws
• Property management experience and/or start-up experience is a plus
