Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides legal counsel on contract compliance, confidentiality, and associated costs for business leaders
• Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the business
• Advises on legal risks during mergers and acquisitions and serves as a liaison during litigation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• License to practice law in Ohio or an active bar license in another state
• At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in commercial contracting for healthcare providers
• Knowledge of healthcare laws, particularly the Anti-Kickback Statute, is strongly preferred
