A company is looking for an Onboarding Coach (Remote) to support customers and internal teams with billing questions and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train clients on the platform through various communication methods
• Assist existing customers with software usage and resolve inquiries
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure customer success and retention

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience in roles such as Front Desk or General Manager
• Fluency in English and Tagalog
• Experience in hospitality/tourism
• Completed compatible graduation course
• Proficiency with computers and systems
