Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and oversee the onboarding phase for new clients
• Conduct remote site assessments and create onboarding training plans for restaurant staff
• Provide ongoing support during the Go-Live phase and ensure smooth transitions for multiple onboarding engagements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
