Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator - Remote (11:30AM - 8:00PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical Liaison field representatives
• Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources while maintaining communication with all parties involved
• Document calls and tasks in Salesforce and monitor daily assessments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to work 11:30am to 8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Experience in outbound/inbound call center or scheduling preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar software
