Onboarding Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure client infrastructure for monitoring, including Network, Server, Storage, and Backups
• Create technical documentation and communicate the status of onboarding projects
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex monitoring issues

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience, particularly with Elastic
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS troubleshooting and configuration
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Certificates
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools, especially Elastic and ElastiFlow
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM, particularly ITOM and MID Server
