Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to provide virtual support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage email correspondence and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
• Maintain and organize digital files and documents
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
• Conduct internet research and compile data
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)
• Support social media management or customer service, if required
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Knowledge of social media platforms or digital marketing
Compensation:
• Hourly rate or salary range, $15–$25/hour, depending on experience
