Required Qualifications:

• A Master's degree is required; a Doctoral degree is preferred
• Must have 18 graduate hours in the subject being taught
• Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Subject matter expertise is required, along with motivational and instructional skills
• Ability to work collegially and facilitate diverse groups is essential
