Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for special education services.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to individual student requirements.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote students’ well-being and academic achievement.
• Provide counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Participate in student IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding psychological services.
• Stay updated on best practices and developments in school psychology to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Education with a specialization in School Psychology.
• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students and staff while maintaining professional boundaries.
