Key Responsibilities…

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve content-related issues by providing clear and constructive feedback to users when necessary.
Policy Enforcement: Enforce Yelp’s policies and guidelines to create a safe and positive online environment for our users.

What You Will Do:
Review Content: Thoroughly review and assess user-generated content, including reviews, photos, and other contributions.
Decision Making: Make informed decisions on whether to approve, edit, or remove content based on established guidelines.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to ensure a consistent approach to content moderation.
Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to users when content requires modification or removal, promoting a positive user experience.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, user behavior, and emerging issues related to online content.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
Familiarity with Yelp’s platform and community guidelines is a plus.
