A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of travel operations, including client servicing and employee management
• Act as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and operational staff
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development to team members through regular meetings and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
• Prior experience in budget and cost management
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Availability during hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT
