Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager to support the Talent Acquisition team on a remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition operations through ongoing tasks and ad hoc projects
• Manage and triage the TA team's Zendesk ticket queue for timely resolution
• Coordinate and execute repeatable processes to ensure smooth TA operations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management support
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus but not required
• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office preferred
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
