Key Responsibilities
  • Manage expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation through Concur
  • Audit datasets and ensure timely, accurate responses to incoming requests
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with Workday, Smartsheet, or ServiceNOW
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve various issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
