Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage travel management tasks for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Travel Advisors with client-specific policies and technical tools
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and utilize preferred vendors
• Maintain a cooperative working environment and promote positive customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate travel or CID environment
• Ability to create complex domestic and international itineraries
• Proficiency in Sabre and Apollo GDS systems
• Must have unrestricted work authorization for the U.S
• Experience in supporting after-hours environments is preferred
