Key Responsibilities

• Respond to advanced technical questions from users regarding API usage and solver behavior
• Conduct performance tuning for customer models and write technical articles
• Present new product features at conferences and collaborate on projects across various domains

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a business-related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry
• Proficiency in software development using a high-level programming language like Python or C++
• Practical experience in computational tasks related to linear programming and mixed-integer programming
